Welcome to The 3-4, a website dedicated to NFL analysis, predictions and recent events. We are nearly finished with our 32 team previews and will be writing about all things football. We will be scouting players off game tape, evaluating them, predicting NFL and NCAA games, and much more! If you would like us to write about something in particular, let us know!

In addition, we recently began a feature called "Clip of the Day", "Pic of the Day," and "NFL Stat of the Day," where we will post a football video, picture and statistic or debate that true fans of the game will appreciate.

Thursday Night Football: USF vs. West Virginia

NFL Prospects to Watch:

West Virginia

RB Noel Devine - Explosive playmaker but only about 5'7". Could be very similar to Darren Sproles.

S Robert Sands (Jr.)- Great size (6'5" 220 lbs) and production (65 tackles and 5 INT last year). I really want to see how fluid of an athlete the tall safety is.

CB Brandon Hogan - Impressive 74 tackles and 11 pass break ups last year.

South Florida

DE Craig Marshall - Sat behind defensive ends Jason Pierre-Paul and George Selvie last year so he is finally getting a chance to start.

Overview: It is a rebuilding year for the South Florida Bulls. Their three wins have come against some pretty bad teams, and they recently lost to Syracuse. So this is a game the Moutaineers should easily win. RB Jeff Demps of Florida ran all over the South Florida defense, so look for Noel Devine, who is a similar type runner to have a big day.

The Pick: West Virginia -10.5
